I think it's a lot more than that. Personally, I don't favor making MJ legal unless there is a real medical need. We know teens will be abusing this drug like any other restricted drug there is always a downside. Let's not forget MJ is 100% a gateway intro to more serious drugs. I know, booze, pills, gambling etc there is always downside. Problem is the younger generation has little control and peer pressure is hard to resist.
