09/13/2018 RE: Conversion Halt with 47% of Short Term Debt
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. As we said in the news release, we have now consolidated the debt to one lender and while they said that they would hold all conversions the truth is a different story. We are working with other avenues of funding and sincerely hope we can buy out their notes, this all is continuing activity and will require some major structure changes before it can be achieved. We appreciate your support and hope we are able to provide a good return moving forward.
