Agree - Rule is simple - any information sent by company over e-mail as a response to question by investor, unless it is of personal nature is not considered confidential or material and can be shared.

This is the reason, many CEOs do not communicate with investors directly and ask them to go th’ IR as IR team knows rule of the games for sharing info.
