I don't agree with that. It's been over two years since Bishop took over and no news during that period until this past Monday. Our society forgets all to easy about the past. Furthermore it doesn't take to much DD to realize and see that this shell is under new leadership. It's up to that new leadership to layout the new plan and story of this, investors will do their DD and buy or sell on current information and the strength of the story shored up by good to great fundamentals.

Any word of an entry into the MJ sector will cause this to pop, merger news will cause a pop anything less and we continue the trend into oblivion.

I will add that the last PR did read and feel like the past.
