Thank you for your comments today. I have resubmitted the article to reflect the FDA guidance information and while I do feel this is still a risk-on situation, this new information does change the tone of the article somewhat. SA will likely not change it until tomorrow.

The conference call was definitely more positive with regard to capital in the short term so we'll see where it goes. I do still feel that a lot of my criticism of this company stands with regard to how they've developed PRO 140 so far, and the call today continues to confirm that view with the new knowledge that they will mothball CD03 to start yet another trial. Nevertheless, as the article stated in several places, PRO 140 does appear to be efficacious.

I definitely like this Pestell guy and while challenges will likely remain on this trade as they navigate the months ahead my view on this security is not as dim as it was 12 hours ago.

It will be interesting to see if Seeking Alpha bothers to post an update... my bet is "no"..
