The last 2 reverse splits this stock has pulled have been a 1000/1 and also a 50/1. With 25,000,000,000 shares you would have to think it would be at least another 1000/1 Reverse split..

I think that they are going to authorize more shares for an upcoming pump and dump attempt. They will get as much mileage as they can out of the new shares and then do a 1:2500 reverse split.
