Thanks for posting the indicators you use. Everyone uses different indicators depending on their style and personality.
I use the STO crossing over/under its signal line as a buy/sell signal and the 3-period EMA crossing over/under the 8-period EMA as confirmation. I also have the 5-period EMA plotted as a reference point as it's alway in between the 5- and 8-period EMAs.
I use various timeframes anywhere from five minutes to two hours. Occasionally, I'll also refer to the daily chart.
I trade using the fibs of the previous wave. Trading thunder bolt patterns. This is a shot of the 15 min chart I trade SPY nearest expiry options with. All systems work better in an orderly consolidation I think.
This is a shot of a 60 min chart showing what a thunder bolt pattern is. They are easier to see on a larger time scale, but take place on every time scale.
