Exactly ..some of these NEWS SERVICE PR's are written pretty slick & are nothing but "fluff" .. knowingly catching hopeful investors off guard.

Nothing short of a signed merger contract (signed by all parties involved) or a signed buyout (signed by all parties) amounts to squat...nothing. I'm waiting.
