I’m staying because I think the technology is amazing


I’m concerned because management don’t answer important questions.

And contradict themselves.

For a while there I was concerned that they were simply forgetting things.

Like they forgot to mention Melligen in the new filing.

And ascites before the last cc.

They are annoyed with me because I asked if their memories were failing.

But I believe it’s a valid if personal question because our team is very senior.

But I believe the technology works.

But having a part time Viennese academic in charge of the manufacturing is not great.

And a ceo who is unprepared to answer his shareholders questions raises concerns for me.

And who claims the minor information in the filings is all he can answer.

This company would rather attack the messenger than answer a few important questions.

Like...are you selling multi million shares at discount to mms who keep the price down?

And

Why aren’t you part of jdrf’s encapsulation conferences when you say you have the best diabetes encapsulation technology out there?

They won’t answer them because I’m asking them

So would someone else like to ask?

And maybe ask what Morell has achieved in the one year he has been with us?
