An outside OTC group ran a promo on LIGA without the company’s knowledge. Members from that group had loaded for this promo and we saw a massive spike in volume and SP for a day or two. The SP eventually came right back to where it was and the company released a PR to address the situation. Company is legit like that.
Others have already explained the situation, but I just want to clarify I’m not upset with the company itself. Just hate to see it get associated with what was obviously a well-planned and targeted P&D scheme by a group out there. LIGA is a good, growing company and they would never do their shareholders wrong by taking part in such a thing. Was actually really happy to see them respond the way they did to the situation.
