This is a custodian play yes it may take 6-9 months to fully mature but it’s not due to FINRA.

It’ll take until 10/23 to get custodianship. Then a week or 2 to reinstate with NVSOS then a month or 2 to start filing old financials then a 2-4 months to find the merger candidate and merge the shell.
