1st u can purchase otc afterhours. 2nd fidelity wint allow a buy order only a sell cause of stop sign. Ameritrade and others allow BIOAQ to trade. Gl

Fidelity is terrible, especially OTC. UR not the only one that complains about them.. I do broker-assisted for large orders that fill easily without MM delay. FYI
