Don't stop what you're doing. I know it probably feels like you're talking to yourself in here but you aren't. Your plays are better than a lot of paid services' plays.

Please don’t stop. I do follow your trade. I am trying to learn how to day trade options. I am thinking of opening a cash account to avoid the pattern day trading rule. Thanks for posting your trades.

Been gone a couple weeks, family visit.
Will try to post. what I use is in the sticky .I will review it for changes.

Currently just dipping in with long Spy 291 call @ .29 was under water right off, thought maybe I should have waited to start Monday
