All communications and filings by others have referenced Greenshift. It has been known for more than a year that the old incarnation of BTZO (if there is a new one) has literally been out of business for more than a year -- no phone, no lease, no forwarding address, etc. All of these are facts, every thing else that I read by posters is not.

SEC likely is aware of Kevin Kresiler- he does have multiple penny stock affiliations and most of the companies haven't been very successful and have lots of question marks-often times the companies oddly have become intertwined on deals.

I know that the SEC is aware of Kevin. I filed a complaint against Greenshift last spring with the SEC on the solid legal grounds that the company hadn't filed anything with the SEC since the third quarter of 2016.
