If CEO returned his restricted stock back to the Treasury ( If I remember it was around 5 billion shares ) then we could do a way smaller R/S then 1/500. Lets say it was a 1/50 R/S then the float would only be around 100 mil or a 1/100 R/S then the float would be only around 50 mil. IMO he needs to return his large amount of stock back to T/A if a R/S takes place as it brings the amount of the split way down.
Key rule in OTC land is never trust these stinky pinky CEO's . they always betray their honest and innocent shareholders by their lies and tricks .... Thats the easy way out for them to steal easiest money on the planet
