Sorry goodie. I found this old post and noticed I did not reply. I could just let it go but, I think I want to clear it up. The 2 billion is dollars (RV). Back then it was late China time zone. I was trying to make some correlation between a few weeks a few years ago vs. then to current time.
I will make the same point next time with a better example. Sorry guys.
