I appreciate the timely and detailed follow up.
That clearly spells out what could happen.
CE issue first, that is something I am not familiar with nor
do i fully understand. Seems like I am not alone on this
from all of the questions in regards to CE.
Then RPI, I would not put odds for or against an RPI ruling at
this time myself. Seeing as no new evidence has been presented yet,,
so will wait till then to start putting my own odds or opinions
of what I will think will happen.
So it is a wait and see on my part.
I just know most people tend to underestimate the odds of what they don't want to happen. If you have seen the Big Short, the movie about the collapse of the housing market, Brownhole Capital that was their whole investment Thesis.
