In some cases it's an effort to diversify. Hard to say what the specific case is here, but could be a 10b5-1 plan that automatically liquidates X number of shares per month (google it). Considering each instance of selling happens in 3's (Ogur, Venegas, and Helix Opportunities LLC, per the form 4's), it looks more systematic than reactive (I'm not an expert on these plans, just trying to understand the selling of shares, as you are). Could be an effort to stockpile cash for more M&A. Could just be to get personal cashflows in order. Do a little research on insider selling. I find it difficult to believe they would acquire a tech company and a dev firm (two companies that can benefit one another) to only sell off shares.
