Baltia revocation matter assigned to Judge James E. Grimes.

"Within twenty-one days of this order or by October 3, 2018, the assigned judge shall issue an order directing the parties to submit proposals for the conduct of further proceedings. Comm’n Order at 2. If a party fails to participate in the proceeding or fails to submit a proposal, the judge may enter a default against that party or impose another appropriate sanction."
