I think a good chance you wont see a quarterly... Could be wrong, we will see.

If they release filings, they also must update OS again ( That wont be pretty )

The more likely senario is no filings and no restatement of OS. They can probably get a couple of quaters behind before the SEC issues a STOP ( Caveat Emptor) . Once that hits the company can no longer dilute.

That will be pretty much game over.. go quiet for a few years and then come back with a new business plan / new CEO etc, and start the whole process over again.
