That was a different transaction. This transaction was a toxic note issued to an 'accredited investor' where 945 million shares were issued for .0001. It does not need to be approved by any court.

The accredited investor is EROP Capitol. The price of the stock was a settlement agreement approved by Broward County Circuit Court. It wasn't a shady backroom deal. It was a fulfillment of rule 144 where a government agency or court (court) reviewed the deal that allowed ALKM to continue to do business for FAIRNESS. The court found that the deal was fair to the shareholders.
