agree- that greenhouse is so huge they don't need another one. they will get 4 harvests per year from indoor grow. plus they have option to use 10 hectares of outdoor grow farmland. massive.
I was under the assumption that the favorable financing terms of the Spain greenhouse enabled expansion to full capacity to pay for itself before the large payments are due in future years. Early 2019 is merely months away to be at 100%. While the outdoor growing area is a nice bonus, the greenhouse grown sells for a huge premium to the outdoor. Once capacity is maxed out early 2019, then what?
I'm all for additional high dollar greenhouse capacity, gobble it up before another company does.
