Wow...you’ve just described pretty much the otc and bigger markets in general.

We’re all speculators when you buy common with out dividends or your private equity/venture capital.

Your an investor when your money goes into tangible assets like real estate OR when your biggest concern is highest yields and tax havens.

Their is a big difference. But private equity is the way to go if you have millions as the returns get as high as 200 times the investment with good tax benefits. Plus you can give yourself options on how you want your money to be used
