Shorts are still very active here, imo, but otherwise, I would say yes since some likely have privy to certain information that us poor retail SH's can only speculate about. If they exit, it would logically signal a time to buy. BUT, avg vol plays a part in the "short interest" equation, so "ceteris paribus".
I will wait out the storm and see if there is a rainbow and a pot of gold at the end. SK would be the leprechaun protecting that pot so who knows!
