Fair statement. NASDAQ is business too. They want as many companies as possible to list in their exchange. If companies don't meet minimum requirements then they won't allow. But if a company meets minimum requirements, then I think they will work it out other issues to up-list.
I disagree. GRAS is very special . Without it being acknowledged as safe you cannot use it as a food additive. Think of how many millions of chocolate bars, beverages, snacks etc are consumed daily.
