@Gamco - I honestly do not know. I know that many/most algorithm vendors fail a few times before finally passing. I know that it's an expensive and time consuming endeavor that I would expect BIO-key will not invest in while their revenues are flat.
Eventually, when R&D budget is available, they could very well pass. It's within their technical ability, just not financially viable this year for sure.
