It was filed in Sept but written as if it was 30 June. As of 30 June there was doubt as CRO had not been fully paid, but that is not saying it is the case today. CRO could have been paid in July and is now about to wrap up the data tabulation/analyzation. Nobody knows for sure, but it seems beyond belief that anyone would think the results would not be analyzed for the lack of a few million dollar to be paid to the CRO.
IPIX could go to a very interested BP and say they would give them last right to match any offer for the psoriasis partnership if they gave us $8MM to get data analyzed. What BP wouldn't invest $8MM or so to have preferential rights to a drug indication that likely will be worth many, many billions?
That is why I say not ever having the data analyzed is strictly fiction.
