Hi, I am responding to a few inquiries you made to the Company that were forwarded to me.

The GEATF symbol was not initiated by the Company but does exist. The decision to file a 211 and obtain OTCQB or otherwise has not been made and the timing is not known at this point.

The Company’s efforts are currently focused on raising funds in Canada. The current issued and outstanding common shares of the Company is 178,366,304. There is additional information on the CSE website and SEDAR.
