it's too late to file now. revocation proceedings have already begun. the time to file was before they were suspended. this will be grey market until revocation becomes final.
I agree, it doesn't mean much, as long as they'll get the filings updated. I think that if KK gets the GERS filings updated, we will also know about BTZO. The reason for GERS not filing seems to be to avoid dilution. That could be the same for BTZO. But I wonder if there is a reason why BTZO is suspended and GERS so far not.
