I may submit an issue to the A/G in this matter. Earlier this year I was caught in a R/S where E-trade would not deposit my shares into my account but ETRD was on the bid buying 10's of millions of shares. After 2 days of watching this with the pps declining I called E-trade and threatened leagal action and they agreed to sell my shares.
