SIAF has a stake of less than 40% in TRW that wants to close that loan. The fact that TRW chooses to expand instead of paying back some of its debt of possibly 100 million dollars despite the fact that SIAF wants some of this money very badlly shows that SIAF does not control TRW.

Your assessment of the reality is correct.

And trw being "hugely profitable just building capex" is just nonsense. That's one of the things they once again ask "to believe in".

Only value loss and increased dilution has come with the 1/3 ownership. Makes no sense, therefore it's not true. Same board, same Solly, same cooked books and "no money at this time" as with Siaf.

Once again money walks away from Siaf/trw and BS says something totally different.

tried to warn everyone. theres thirty million dollars being converted at a -50% discount to market. it's going to be bloodier than you ever imagined. garrett-group is all done. now ECAB gets their turn.... its sick. totally sick.
