In the 1-2 weeks after the offering, the folks that bought into the offering are likely dumping shares to keep the warrants, and they don't care about the pps level they're dumping at, or any potential news or the fundamental state/prospects of the company. Need to burn threw that selling pressure, which IMO is short-term.
