What do we see first; A cash deal, or a new share authorization request?
I would think that if Ken sees something positive that would shoot this stock price up, outside of a monetary deal, that he would want available shares to raise funds with. I suppose the 14 million warrants is one thing, but that is still only 1.50 a share. What a situation...
Ask yourself
When Ken knows that the company still had 40 million dollars, would he go ahead with the latest offering unless he knew that there is no money coming in the next few months that would take care of 'going concern' issues? (be it from the recent OS deal,- for sure it is pittance at best) or the PETX royalty and one time payment that is due - those guys are gasping for air, what can one expect from them? sale of AXAL, NEO payment for first dose etc.)
They have kicked the can down the calendar for another 6 months at most, before the wash rinse repeat cycle comes back kicking investors in the gut.
