Based on two facts:
1. your statement that Kevin was working on the missing SEC reports, and
2. your lack of any documentation of that statement, with the sole exception being an e-mail from the man who failed to send these reports ...
... how would you feel if someone called you a liar?
Do you think that you should correct your first statement and say that Kevin may be working on those reports, but he may also be deliberately ignoring his legal and moral obligation to the SEC and to the shareholders of the Greenshift Corporation (including me)?
In other words, could Kevin be spending his time skiing in the Swiss Alps, sailing on a European cruise ship, surfing in Australia, teaching English to children in Uganda, or doing anything else besides filling in the missing 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K forms prior to sending them to the SEC?
