Going to have to agree with you here but again would like to point out that if Chas was a liar the O/S and the PPS would very much higher. Chas is a good guy and I forgive him the pace as long as he continues to make good (which he seems to be) on his promises

The PPS has popped up & down between .012 and .20 for a long time now on no news whatsoever. I am settled far lower so the wait has not been all that bad for me. Easy to wait when you are nearly 50% green on bad days and over hundred on good
