I split the dosage, I take roughly 50 mg around 6am, another 50mg at noon, 50mg around 4 to 6 pm, then adjust in the evening, if needed. Additionally the first week I am taking Tylenol as well, but that will stop on Friday. I will be honest and share that the pain does not all go away. I have remaining a dull ache, I'm okay with it, but may try dosing the CBD up if it becomes persistent. You can increase the 15 mg to several times a day and titre up as needed.
Disclaimer: I am on the heavier side, so my dosage will vary from someone in the lower sized clothing.
