No no no,,recouping trial costs and expenses for it,are essential,,what money was wasted on Dan`s BS is irrelevant to the money that had to be spent to progress Axal Cervix,,,that money has to be recouped unless Axal Cervix was a failure and did`nt work. Since it does work,Adxs has a right to be reinbursed for money spent to get it where it is today,by a partner,,otherwise no deal,,dilute and wait.
In that scenario the royalty split would have to be accordingly fair to Adxs,being as though they would`nt be getting made whole on the trial expenses to date for it. Common sense will prevail in the end. Adxs won`t give away the Axal Cervix to save shareholders from some pain. As unfortunate as that fact is to swallow,it`s reality. Adxs will dilute,rather then give away the Axal/Cervix. Once the suitors realize that maybe things will go our way.
