Not true. Institutions can invest into OTC companies, I asked a fund manager who happens to be my grad professor if his wealth management company buys pink sheets and he said sure we do, I asked him if there is price description as far if a security trades at a certain price, his answer was NOPE. We went on to more detail after that but his company manages $1.3B so I tried to pitch CYDY to him, don’t know what he did afterwords but hey maybe one day he would revisit my pitch.
