OK, here is my letter to them. Unfortunately I am as tactful as a jackhammer so I hope this is not to strongly worded, but here it is:
Dear Gentlemen,
I am a large shareholder of PharmaCyte Biotech(PMCB). I have been acquiring shares for over two years. I am writing to you over concerns about the companies credibility. These concerns have risen as your shareholder base increasingly communicates with each other on various stock message boards.
We need updates on progress on all fronts.
Is there still research being done on your behalf at The University of Northern Colorado involving cannabinoids and brain cancer?
Are there any new results on the diabetes testing? Does this program still exist?
Ascites?
I recommend to you that you appoint some shareholders to the board of directors that are not involved in daily operations of the company. An increase in your compensation should be performance based. The lack of updates does not support this.
The company told us the IND is "just about done". Please explain in more detail the status of OUR IND.
PMCB is being vetted heavily by its shareholders at the moment and this will continue. More contact is not just appreciated but required. Please respond. I myself, along with other shareholders will being knocking at your Laguna Hills door if these issues are not addressed.
