What's "remarkable".... is the corruption and the stacked panels and 3.....count them.... THREE! panels for the same ipr. THAT'S.....remarkabke...and STILL....9 mos later, no decision......THAT'S REMARKABLE! And no stay lift, months and months AFTER both Apple & vplm requested it. THAT'S REMARKABLE! And the fact that the ptab changes head judges and panels, like changing socks....without ever any reason or explanation......and with no sanctions ever levied for failures to recuse themselves......lol......THAT'S REMARKABLE!
