Not that a MOU is worth the paper it's written on but why would they need a new MOU?

......or a quicker way in....

In the manufacturer’s view, this will facilitate evaluation of the Aegis technology and positively affect the timeline for a potential agreement.

Since the "moon landing" test success

of the pump motor on October 3, 2017, as Kaplan described it, I would think they've been accumulating data on the pump off their test bench over the last year.

Kaplan said they weren't going to release the prototype to any OEM on an unsupervised basis. Didn't want to risk the pump being reverse-engineered. I imagine Torvec may have been a victim of that sort of thing in the past.

uptheyard,

you're obviously skeptical about the way the pump motor test next week has been rescheduled.

Can you share more of your thoughts. Do you think the visiting engineers from overseas can reliably trust the calibrations of our test bench if they don't bring their own testing equipment? Is there a way for them to confirm our equipment is calibrated properly to their satisfaction before the test begins? Do you think the visiting engineers may be trusting because they've been here before to observe and are comfortable prior to this official test? Do you think you may just be unsettled because of the last minute nature of this change in format?

Very interested in your thinking on this.

uptheyard, in post 31792 you said,

regarding the pump motor tests starting Monday, September 24:

Useless, unless they [OEM] are bringing their own testing equipment....

Can you expand on your conclusion, and the adequacy of the premise?
