Just because a stock is cheap doesn't mean it's a good deal,sometimes you have to spend money to make money.Buying a stock from a known con man that has screwed his investors in the past isn't a good chance to take in my book.Buying a good legit stock for $4 or so will payoff much better in my opinion.
