The super 8k is probably IQST reverse merger is complete. This will drop the “shell risk” tag. Volume and price will start to increase on IQST, which in turn increases MSPC’s net worth. Even bigger than that, MSPC can soon announce date of record and stock dividend ratio which is unprecedented for a sub penny stock. All good things, huge! IMO
