I don't believe it. The AS used to be what 200 million. They could have just done a 1/20 RS to get down to that 10million #. But I guess greed has gotten in the way. They say that the shareholders voted that way. That is BS.

Don't think the Auth is affected by splits in either direction. they have to be changed with an action as I best understand.
