You must remember that they will be doing a R/S very soon.

That's possible, but there are other things to remember too. First is, market cap has gone somewhere bellow 20M$ and other is this is heavily sold short.

It only needs one good news and this will be strong way up, and there are multiple possibilities to do that.

Therefore any possible substantial news should happen in the next week.

The possible offering has to materialize by 28th September
