I will keep saying it. The only purpose of HYSR is to enrich accredited investors and early founders (CEO too obviously).

Same exact purpose of SLTD, CABN, OriginClear, BSRC, etc.

Look the history of lies and more lies of SLTD.....CEO put the company in big trouble lying about project completions and creating tons of dilution. Then he takes retirement not before awarding himself and other guys with free shares. That's what you get with these Santa Barbara scams.
