-----They seldom take action. I know how to force the SEC to do something. I wouldn't even bother with the SEC. I'd go to the US Senate and US Attorney General and have them force the SEC to do something. But the aggravation wouldn't be worth it.
By the way: Yates did something no company would ever do. For 3 months at the very top of the company web site he had a sentence at the very top saying that Doc Holliday and 4 others on this site, naming them, were trolls. He left that at the top of the company web site for the public to see for 3 months until his father got sick. Then he took it down. No company would put anything like that on their web site. Law suits for doing that start in the 10s of millions. We still have 6 years left to file a suit for that.
