That program started all the way back in 2013 with DOC, Mayes, Petit, French, a few others. I always suspected after the uplisting that everyone got a 10% raise (or more) FIRST and then they were asked to put half of that raise into this program (no real out of pocket risk at the time of implementation.). Not the case for the new execs.
"Petit continued those purchases until this September and likely would have continued the program if Berlin and Gutierrez and Henderson joined the program. They did not, and Petit had to cancel his. It would not look good if he were the only one from the top management who "showed a confidence" in the company"
Or he smartened up and quit throwing tens of thousand of dollars away on a stock that only shows losses.
