I agree fbg on all of your points. DOC was a self serving CON ARTIST that ripped off the ADXS Shareholders for $$$ millions and the BOD was complicit as Hell. I hope he rots there in his Final Judgement. I agree that if KB can get just one HOT Deal closed between now and the end of the year, the tide will turn. Money is not an issue for at least 2-3 Quarters due to the absolute worst Offering/Dilution in the history of ADXS (and we thought nothing could beat the one that Tony “Lazy Ass” Lombardo dumped on us at a lousy $2, LMFAO). KB has four months to “GET THEM TO SIGN ON THE LINE WHICH IS DOTTED”. If he gets that accomplished, all is forgiven. Hopefully, it will be the impetus for other HOT deals to close within the next year.

Thanks,,I wish we were already past what`s been the longest slaughtering I`ve ever taken,without any kind of recovery. A total free fall from June,2017. What`s so much worse for me besides my financial and physical state, is that I`ve gotten everyone I know,and family,and neighbors in,at much higher levels,and no one`s speaking to me other then to ask what`s happening to the stock. I raised real hell with the company before Dan was ousted,about that vote you speak of,and how in the heck could Dan have passed that anyway after that vote of discontent for it. I then went off on the RSU`s he`s grabbed and given, and how I thought his 25% buy from his paycheck was a ploy to cover up what he was stealing in RSU`s. Even know I was angry,and they knew it,I explained how horrible the optics looked,and then I went on about the Kathy Ireland paid puff piece and how ridiculous that looked,and fake. What did Dan have a childhood crush on Kathy and used our money to get as close to her as he`ll ever get? I sure hope I did us a favor by doing what I did.That same conversation I told them to read some of your posts here to fully understand how shareholders feel about those dam RSU`s for nothing. Maybe it started the fire that got him fired,but more likely a combination of everything,including Tutes that probably wanted him gone,,,not Adage,others. LOL Let`s hope Adage took a big position,even bigger then last time.
