My expectation is, the announcement in the next 2-3 weeks. The record date in early october and the final payment (ex-date) 1-2 weeks later. At least a $1.50 share price. If Solomon quits dumping stock it could even be $3 before the ex-date.
I do however expect them to screw things up afterwards. The "new initiatives" and the "new loans" and the "improved cash flow", we have heard it all before, many times. They do not have a plan. That's what worries me.
They have to at least announce the cash dividend in october. Announce the record date for the 2nd distribution. And, do whatever it takes to stop the dumpage. They are not doing that now.
